Multi Estate Personal Property Auction

Terms of Auction: All items are offered and sold "As-Is" with no warranty of any kind, and with all faults and deficiencies. Payment by Cash, Check, Visa or Mastercard. All bids and sales are final. Settlement due in full on the day of the auction. There is a 13% Buyer's Premium added to all purchases, with a 3% discount for cash or check payments. Online, Absentee and Phone Buyers will pay a 15% Buyer's Premium, and Auctioneers WILL NOT ship any items. Virginia sales tax applies to all sales without a valid Virginia, or out-of-state tax ID number which must be present at the time of checkout. All items become the immediate property and responsibility of the purchasers once the Auctioneer declares a lot "Sold." All items must be removed by Monday at Noon following the auction, unless arrangements are made the Auctioneer or Seller before auction day. Auctioneer is not responsible for any items left by buyers after the item as been sold. Buyer's are responsible for load out and handling of all furniture after purchase.
