This auction includes quality furniture, art work, home decor and household items from a very nice Loudoun County home. Many pieces of furniture were purchased at Belfort Furniture in Dulles. Lots will begin to close at 6:30PM, with three lots selling every minute. Any lot with bidding within the last few moments of the closing will receive extended bidding time to give all buyer's ample time to respond.
All items are offered "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. All sales are final with no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Payment due in full on the day of the auction closing by Visa or MasterCard used at registration. There is a 15% Buyer's Premium added to all purchases. Lots will close at the advertised time with three lots selling every minute. Any lot with bidding within the last few moments of the closing will receive extended bidding time to give all buyer's ample time to respond.Items must be removed at the day and time advertised in the auction description. All items not removed within the specific time will be considered abandoned. Please print a copy of your receipt and present it on the day of pick-up before removing your items. NEITHER AUCTIONEER, NOR SELLER WILL ASSIST BUYERS IN REMOVING ITEMS FROM THE HOME.
