All buyers not possessing a Federal Firearms License must have guns transferred through Loudoun Guns Inc. in Leesburg, VA. Transfer fees are $25 per firearm for public individuals, or $25 per customer, if you possess a valid Federal Firearms License. Out-of-State Buyers must pay any applicable shipping fees and transfer fees for guns sent to your local FFL, and all firearms laws apply for interstate firearm transfer.
