Fairgrounds, 17558 Dry Mill Road, Leesburg, VA 20175 -Online Bidding Available on Select Lots - Catalog Starts at 1:30PM - From the Houck Family Trust, this auction features several pieces of Maria Poveka Montoya Martinez pottery, coin proof sets, Indonesian daggers, and furniture, plus furniture, household and collectibles from the Estate of Ralph C. Campbell, Jr., the Estate of Dorothy A. Campbell of Inwood, WV, plus furniture from a Purcellville, VA Estate.

R. Craig Damewood Auctioneer LLC (Auctioneer) sells all items and lots "As-Is, Where-Is" with all defects. Auctioneer will describe items to the best of his ability, but makes no gurantees to authenticity or marketability of any lot offered or sold. All sales are final. Buyer encouraged to inspect all merchandise prior to bidding because it may have faults, cracks, scratches. Payment due in full on the day of the auction and in the event Buyer is not responsive to immediate requests for payment, or credit card payment is declined, Auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the lot for bidding; Payment by cash, check, Visa or Mastercard; Live Bidders will be have a 13% Buyer's Premium (15% for Online bidders) added to all purchases with a 3% discount for cash or check; 6% Virginia Sales Tax added to all purchases (non-auto) unless buyer presents current, valid Virginia tax exempt ID form at check-in; All items become the responsibility of the purchasers when the Auctioneer says, "Sold"; Buyers must remove all items by the day after the auction at Noon, unless special exemption is made with Auctioneer before Auction Day. AUCTIONEER WILL ONLY SHIP ITEMS TO BIDDERS WHERE THE DESCRIPTION NOTES THAT SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE. ALL OTHER ITEMS LOCAL PICK UP, UNLESS BUYER RECEIVES PRIOR APPROVAL FROM AUCTIONEER. AUCTIONEER WILL CHARGE $5 HANDLING PER LOT SHIPPED. All titles must be completed by the purchaser before they leave the auction site.
