R. Craig Damewood, Auctioneer LLC(Auctioneer) offers all items "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. All sales are final with no returns, refunds, or exchanges. By bidding in the auction sale, Buyers affirm they will not issue, request, or demand credit card charge backs against Auctioneer for any reason. There is a 15% Buyer's Premium added to all purchases, with a 3% discount for cash or check payments made at the time of pick-up. Payment by Visa or MasterCard, EXACT CASH or Check on pick-up day. All Buyer's will be charged a 6% Loudoun County,Virginia sales tax, unless they have a tax exempt number on file at the time of check out. Please print a copy of your receipt and present it on the day of pick-up before removing your items.
Online Only Auction ending on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 7:00PM. Lots will close at 7:00PM with three lots selling every minute. Any lot with bidding within the last few moments of the closing will receive extended bidding time to give all buyers ample time to respond. All items must be removed from 93 S Saint Paul Street, Hamilton, VA between 9:00AM-4:00PM on Saturday, May 23rd 2020. If you can not pick up during this time, do not bid in this auction unless contacting Auctioneer, first. Pick-up by schedule only. Call Ike Swart at 703.431.7085 to schedule your pick-up time the day after the auction. Furniture buyers, make plans to rent a van or truck for the scheduled pick-up time. All items not removed within the specific time will be considered abandoned.
NEITHER AUCTIONEER, NOR SELLER ARE OBLIGATED TO HELP BUYERS IN REMOVING ITEMS FROM THE HOME. YOU ARE PAYING THE PRICE YOU WILL BID FOR THESE ITEMS, SO YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN HELP IN REMOVING THEM. NO SHIPPING OFFERED ON ANY LOTS PURCHASED.
Buyers, their associates, representatives, employees or contracted help are responsible for all items after purchase, and will pay to repair any damage to the home caused while they are removing items from the property. Auctioneer may extend, or change the closing date and time at his sole discretion. Auctioneer not responsible for failures or glitches in the online bidding platform which may lead to Buyers not winning items that they want. Auctioneers encourages Buyers to use the Max Bid feature on items.
