The format will be no different than how our normal simulcast auctions work, except that we will not have a live bidding crowd to sell to. The time leading up to the auction buyer can preview the items live, in person by appointment. Pre-bidding can occur at this time.
Max Bids can also be placed prior the start of the auction, when the auction will convert to a live cry auction.

This auction will be just like a live-cry auction, except there will be no live bidding to accommodate social distancing guidelines. All items must be removed from the Loudoun County Fairgrounds green barn between 9:00AM-12:00PM on Saturday, May 30th 2020. If you can not pick up during this time, do not bid in this auction unless contacting Auctioneer, first. Pick-up by schedule only. Call Ike Swart at 703.401.7085 to schedule your pick-up time the day after the auction. Furniture buyers, make plans to rent a van or truck for the scheduled pick-up time. All items not removed within the specific time will be considered abandoned.
