By bidding in the auction sale, Buyers affirm they will not issue, request, or demand credit card charge backs against Auctioneer for any reason. There is a 13% Buyer's Premium added to all purchases, with a 3% discount for cash or check payments made at the time of pick-up. Payment by Visa or MasterCard, CASH or Check on pick-up day. All Buyer's will be charged a 6% Loudoun County, Virginia sales tax, unless they have a tax exempt number on file at the time of check out. Please print a copy of your receipt and present it on the day of pick-up before removing your items.

Auctioneer will offer these items in a live virtual auction, where you can listen to our AuctIoneers selling live and bid simultaneously on our bidding app, or you can leave a Max Bid and the system will bid for you incrementally up to that amount. This auction will be just like a live-cry auction, except there will be no live in-person bidding to accommodate CDC social distancing guidelines, and government recommended crowd restrictions.
Auctioneer not responsible for failures or glitches in the online bidding platform which may lead to Buyers not winning items that they want. Auctioneers encourages Buyers to use the Max Bid feature on items.

Buyers may pick up their items on Sunday, July 12, 2020 between 10AM-2:00PM, and during the auction up until one hour after the last item has sold. Please make certain that you have successfully won the item before making the trip to pay for the item by calling Ike Swart at 703-401-7085.
All items must be removed from the auction site by 2PM on THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION. If you can not pick up during this time, do not bid in this auction unless contacting Auctioneer, first. Call Ike Swart at 703.401.7085 for pick-up questions. Furniture buyers, make plans to rent a van or truck for the scheduled pick-up time. All items not removed within the specific time will be considered abandoned.
