Credit Card will show a charge from "R Craig Damewood Auctioneer". There is 3% convenience fee that is waived for all Cash or Check Payments. No physical forms at auction only devices. Please bring a phone. Payment due in-full the night of the event, or by Noon, Saturday, April 24th. No sales tax charged in this auction. Pick up your Silent and Live Auction items the night of event at Harvest Gap Brewery, or the next day from 11AM-12Noon at the Hillsboro Charter Academy.

All Bidders: Your credit card used at registration will be checked to make sure it is valid, and you will have a 1$ Pending Charge on your statement from R. Craig Damewood, Auctioneer that will drop off after several days. We do not keep this money.
