Damewood Auctioneers is preparing for another quality Fall Equipment Consignment Auction. Call us at (703) 303-4760 to list your equipment for sale at auction! Live Auction begins on-site at 9:00a.m. with un-cataloged lots, and internet catalog lots beginning at 10:30 a.m.
All items/lots are sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with all faults and limitations. R. Craig Damewood Auctioneer, LLC "Auctioneer" makes no warranty or guarantee of condition or fitness of the item or items being sold. Auctioneer encourages all bidders to inspect for themselves the condition of the items up for auction. Please call 1-703-303-4760 for information on the item/lot up for auction by Friday at 5:00PM before the auction.
Payment may come in the form of Cash, Check, Visa or Mastercard, or Bank Wire Transfer (Call 703-303-4760 for wiring information). All payments are in United States Dollars, and are due on the day of the auction, or the Monday following the auction at Noon US/Eastern Standard Time (for Internet Buyer's Only). Buyer's are charged an 8% buyers premium on all lots, with a 3% discount for cash or check purchases. All internet purchases will be charged a 10% Buyer's Premium on the hammer price, regardless of the means of payment. If payments are not received by this time, and the buyer is non-responsive to Auctioneer contact, the credit card file at registration will be charged.
All purchases by internet buyers must be removed from the auction site by Friday following the auction. Any items left after this time will be assessed at $25.00 per day storage fee, as well as any transport expenses incurred by the Auctioneer to remove the purchased property from the auction site.
