Auction begins at 9:00 a.m. with Guns and Tools. Equipment will begin at 10:00 a.m. with the cataloged items available at 11:00 AM for internet and live bidding.
Damewood Auctioneers is preparing to deliver another popular equipment sale. Our Fall Equipment sale was a tremendous success, and our spring equipment auctions are always larger. We are currently accepting consignments on the types of equipment and tools listed above. All items/lots are sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with all faults and limitations. R. Craig Damewood Auctioneer, LLC "Auctioneer" makes no warranty or guarantee of condition or fitness of the item or items being sold. Auctioneer encourages all bidders to inspect for themselves the condition of the items up for auction. Auction company will announce any known defects, but it is the ultimate responsibility of the buyer to inspect before bidding. All bids recognized by the auctioneer are final. All sales are final with no returns, exchanges, or refunds of any kind.Please call 1-703-303-4760 for information on the item/lot up for auction by Friday at 5:00PM before the auction.
Payment may come in the form of Cash, Check, Visa or Mastercard, or Bank Wire Transfer (Call 703-303-4760 for wiring information). All payments are in United States Dollars, and are due on the day of the auction, or the Monday following the auction at Noon US/Eastern Standard Time (for Internet Buyer's Only). Buyer's are charged an 8% buyers premium on all lots, with a 3% discount for cash or check purchases. All internet purchases will be charged a 10% Buyer's Premium on the hammer price, with a 3% discount for cash or check payment. If payments are not received by this time, and the buyer is non-responsive to Auctioneer contact, the credit card file at registration will be charged.
All purchases by internet buyers must be removed from the auction site by Wednesday following the auction. Any items left after this time will be assessed at $50.00 per-day storage fee, as well as any transport expenses incurred by the Auctioneer to remove the purchased property from the auction site.
